Terms of Service

Last updated: September 24, 2026

These terms cover your use of The Corpse Collective Premium (premium.corpsecollective.com) and its companion Roku and Fire TV apps. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

The service

The Corpse Collective Premium gives you access to Mike Cadaver's video and audio content — including the Corpse Cast podcast, Mike Cadaver's Horror Pub Trivia, Empire of the Full Moon, The Cadaver Lab, and other shows — for streaming on the web, Roku, and Fire TV. Browsing the catalog is free; playback requires an active subscription or free-access allowlisting.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and any signed-in device tokens secure, and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you think your account or a signed-in device has been accessed without your permission.

Subscription & billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal at the price shown at checkout. All payment processing is handled by PayPal directly — we never see your card or bank details.
• You can cancel at any time from My Account. Cancelling stops future billing and revokes playback access immediately — there's no prorated grace period through the end of a billing cycle.
• If the monthly price changes, it only applies to new subscribers — anyone already subscribed keeps their existing price for as long as they stay subscribed.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

This service is for your personal, non-commercial use. Don't share your account credentials or a signed-in device's access with anyone outside your household, redistribute or re-upload the content elsewhere, or attempt to circumvent the subscription/entitlement system. We can suspend or terminate access for violating these terms or for non-payment.

Content ownership

All video, audio, and other content made available through the service belongs to Mike Cadaver / The Corpse Collective (or its licensors) and is provided for streaming only, not for download, copying, or redistribution.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we're not liable for losses arising from an outage, a bug, or content that's temporarily unavailable.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
