Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 24, 2026
This policy covers The Corpse Collective Premium
(premium.corpsecollective.com) and its
companion Roku and Fire TV apps. It explains what information we collect when you use the
service and how it's used.
Information we collect
- Account information — the email address and password you register
with. Passwords are stored as salted hashes; we never store or have access to your
plain-text password.
- Subscription/billing information — payment is handled entirely by
PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details. We keep a record of your
PayPal subscription ID and its status (active, cancelled, etc.) so the app knows
whether your account is entitled to watch/listen.
- Device sign-in — when you sign in on a Roku or Fire TV device, we issue
that device a token so it can make authenticated requests on your behalf. This token
is tied to your account and can be revoked at any time (see "Your choices" below).
- Playback activity — we record which episodes you've started and how
far you got, so "Continue Watching" can pick up where you left off, including across
devices (e.g. pause on the website, resume on Roku).
- Basic technical data — standard web server logs (IP address,
browser/user-agent, request timestamps) collected automatically by our hosting
provider for security and troubleshooting purposes.
How we use this information
Solely to operate the service: authenticate you, determine whether your account is
entitled to content, deliver video/audio playback, remember your place in an episode, and
respond if you contact us for support. We do not use your information for advertising, and
we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own
marketing purposes.
Third-party services we rely on
- PayPal — processes all subscription payments. PayPal's own privacy
policy governs the payment information you give them directly.
- pCloud — hosts the video/audio files that are streamed to you.
- Google Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google's servers,
which may receive your IP address as a normal part of that request.
Data retention & your choices
We keep your account and playback data for as long as your account exists. You can cancel
your subscription at any time from My Account, which
revokes access immediately. To delete your account entirely, sign a device out, or ask what
data we hold about you, email us at the address below and we'll take care of it.
Children's privacy
The Corpse Collective Premium is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly
collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
We use industry-standard measures (password hashing, HTTPS, access controls) to protect
your information, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
